Which devices does the game run on?
Boltie Beaver is built for iPhone and is currently in private testing. It will launch on the App Store. The button on the front page will light up the moment it's live.
Does the game need an internet connection?
No. Boltie Beaver plays fully offline. There are no accounts and no ads.
Is my progress safe if I delete the app?
Progress is stored only on your device, so deleting the app deletes your save. Cloud save is something we're considering for a future update.
How do I report a bug?
Email a short description (and a screenshot if you can) to support@boltiebeaver.com. Beta testers can also use Settings → Send Feedback inside the game. It fills in the technical details for you.
Is the game free? Are there ads?
Boltie Beaver will be free to download, with no ads. We want the workshop to stay cozy. Any future extras will never be required to finish a level.
Is it suitable for kids?
Yes. There's no violence, no chat, no ads and nothing to read that a young player could stumble on. Just bolts, jars and a very patient beaver.
Can I get a new phone and keep my progress?
For now, progress lives on the device (see the question above). If you're switching phones, an iPhone-to-iPhone transfer or an iCloud device backup carries the game's data along with everything else.
How can I join the beta?
Testing is currently invite-only, but a public TestFlight link is planned. Email support@boltiebeaver.com with the subject "Beta" and we'll add you to the waiting list.
